How do I book a tow?
Tap “Pedir grúa”, confirm where the vehicle is and where it goes, review the estimate, enter the plate, confirm your phone and pay. We find the nearest driver and you watch them arrive on the map.
What does the estimate include?
It uses the road distance from pickup to destination at NTSP minimum rates. No hidden fees. If the service stops early you pay only the hook-up fee and miles driven.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Free before a driver accepts or within the first 2 minutes. After that the hook-up fee applies. If nobody accepts or the driver doesn't arrive, you get 100% back.
When do I get my refund?
We issue it right away to the same payment method; your bank may take 5–10 days to show it.
